Pet Commissions
Over the years I've done many portraits of creatures of all kinds and these commissions helped me enormously to develop my style and knowledge. I still do several commissions a year if time permits as I have a very busy exhibiting schedule. So, If you are interested to do a portrait of your pet or favourite animal, please, enquire.
The portraits are done in Colour pencils/mixed media or pastel technique on plain or toned background or in Scratchboard technique. They could be "close-ups" or traditional "head and shoulder" style portraits. Prices start at $120 AU for 4"x6" (10x15cm) size to around $2000 AU for 50x70cm (full sheet) mixed media portrait. .  If you want bigger than that, contact me for a quote.​ Scratchboard prices start at $350 for 6"x6" or 7"x5" board. 
​30% deposit should be arranged before I commence a portrait. 
My portraits are highly detailed and stand for quality and true likeness, therefore I need high resolution photos showing the correct coat colouring, clear face and eye details. I usually work from one main photo and use others for reference, so it would be good to have at least 2-4 images available if possible. When professional photographs are supplied, please, make sure you obtain photographers permission, so no one's copyrights are violated.
Time: usually 2-6 weeks (subject to time availability)
When the portrait is finished I will email you a preview for approval. Once you are happy with the portrait, the balance of payment to be made prior postage.
Artworks are posted flat ( unmounted and unframed), sandwiched between 2 boards for protection or in a secure mailing tube (bigger sizes).
Commissions are welcome worldwide.
I retain copyright on all the artwork I create.
